These terms cover your use of hyperlanetravels.com. By using the site, you agree to them. In these terms, "HyperlaneTravels", "I" and "me" mean Pedro Zabala operating HyperlaneTravels.

Who you're working with

HyperlaneTravels is a travel brand operated by Pedro Zabala, Independent Travel Agent, affiliated with Cornerstone Travel.

The travel information on this site

Guides, event pages and blog posts are general travel-planning information. They aren't a quote, an offer or a reservation. Prices, dates, ships, itineraries, access rules, and deposit and cancellation terms are set by the suppliers and change often. I check details against official sources, but I can't guarantee them, because the supplier controls them. Confirm the current details with me or the supplier before you pay for anything.

Inquiries and bookings

• Sending an inquiry or asking for planning tips doesn't book anything, hold space or commit you to buy travel.
• When you book, the booking is made with the supplier (the cruise line, hotel, park, event organizer or other provider) through Cornerstone Travel, and the supplier's own terms apply, including payment, change, cancellation and refund rules. I'll point you to them before you pay.
• Pedro may be paid by travel suppliers through commissions when eligible bookings are made through advisor-supported channels. Planning fees may apply for complex, VIP, group, research-heavy, or non-commissionable trips, and any fee is disclosed before paid planning begins. Planning fees don't apply to Florida residents. Affiliate links, sponsored content, or supplier-paid recommendations are disclosed when used.

Suppliers provide the travel

Cruise lines, hotels, parks, airlines, event organizers and other suppliers provide the travel itself. I plan and book on your behalf, but I don't own or run any of it. I'm not responsible for what a supplier does or fails to do, including schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, service problems or a supplier going out of business. If something goes wrong, I'll help you take it up with the supplier.

No guarantees about the website

The website and its content are provided "as is". I work to keep it accurate and available, but I can't promise it will always be complete, current or online.

As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Independence and trademarks

HyperlaneTravels is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with Disney, Universal, Comic-Con, Anime Expo, PAX, cruise operators, official housing providers, event organizers, or fandom intellectual property owners. Brand, event, and supplier names may be referenced only to describe travel planning categories, destinations, or events.

Trademarks, logos and event names on this site belong to their owners.

Using the site

• The text, photos and design of this site belong to HyperlaneTravels or are used under license. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote a short passage with credit. Please don't copy or republish whole pages.
• Please use the forms only for your own real travel questions: no spam, automated submissions or other people's details without their permission.
• The site links to other websites, such as suppliers and official event pages. I'm not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains what the forms collect, where it goes and how to see, correct or delete it.

Changes

When these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
